Information on Road Closures during the Košice Rally
Organizing a large-scale motorsport event such as the Rally Košice's anniversary race - 50th Garret RALLY KOŠICE 2024 (July 12 – 14) requires traffic restrictions during the competition. Here is an overview of road closures during the event in Košice and its immediate surroundings.
On Saturday, July 13, 2024, there will be a road closure on the general road section Ruskov – Slančík from 2 PM to 8:30 PM. On the same day, in the evening hours (7 PM - 10 PM), the following streets in Košice will be closed: Pri prachárni Street and the (no name) street to access the Košice Football Arena.
On Sunday, July 14, 2024, there will be a closure of the state road II/576 in the section Herľany - Banské and the road III/3290 in the section Rankovce - Herľany from 7:30 AM to 4 PM. Organizers also announcing the closure of the village road section Ruskov – Slančík from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
The organizers of the Rally from AUTO KLUB Košice thank everyone for their understanding, especially those affected by the road closures in the various villages along the route. Important notice: The special stages will not be reopened between passes!
