Polish Rally Championship will decorate the round birthday of Rally Košice

This year's 50th Garrett RALLY KOŠICE will be held on July 12-14, 2024. In addition to a number of Slovak classifications and the FIA Central European Zone ​​Championship, Polish Rally Championship is returning to the metropolis of the eastern Slovak region after two years. A number of leading crews from our northern neighbors will appear at the start. The three-time winner of the Košice rally and the leader of the Polish championship Grzegorz Grzyb will also be present in the Škoda Fabia Rally2 Evo.

The history of one of the oldest car competitions in Slovakia, the Rally Košice, has been filled with beautiful battles at special stages, unforgettable stories, a great atmosphere and a lot of experiences. This year, it will celebrate its fiftieth anniversary in the hot summer (July 12-14, 2024). Its story began to be written in the seventies of the last century, when its first year was raced in 1971. Among the most successful are the five drivers who rejoiced at the victory a total of three times.

Points will be divided into several championships in Košice

This year's jubilee 50. Garrett RALLY KOŠICE (12-14/07/2024) will offer competing crews and teams a number of credits for various championships and national championships. During the second weekend of July, valuable points for a total of nine classifications will be at stake in the metropolis of eastern Slovakia. The Košice rally is one of the highlights of the Slovak rally season every year, which is also confirmed by the wide range of individual credits.

Rally Košice is waiting for its fiftieth jubilee year at the beginning of the summer!

The calendar year 2024 will bring an important event in motorsport. One of the oldest competitions in Slovakia, Garrett RALLY KOŠICE, will celebrate a significant jubilee. Its fiftieth year will take place in the metropolis of the East Slovak region on July 12-14. In addition to the FIA Central European Championship and the Championship of the Slovak Republic, the traditional rally is also included in the Polish Championship. The patronage of the competition was taken over by Ing. Jaroslav Polaček, mayor of the city of Košice.

Prvá sekcia 49. Garrett Rally Košice za nami

63 súťažných posádok prešlo administratívnym a technickým preberaním na 49. Garrett Rally Košice. Polovica z nich má už za sebou prvú tretinu súťaže.

Posádky FIA Majstrovstiev Zóny strednej Európy, Medzinárodných Majstrovstiev Slovenska v rally, Rally Legend i Rally pravidelnosti historických vozidiel odštartovali ráno do prvej sekcie 49. Garrett Rally Košice. Súťažiacich privítalo daždivé počasie, ktoré by malo zotrvať po celý deň a výsledky teda mierne zdramatizuje.
